How much does the product cost ?
The Navigator costs $90. That’s right $90 for this powerful 2 in 1 navigator that also allows you refer your associates and potentially earn an unlimited recurring income.
For Individuals in the Southern parts of Africa this amount will be linked to a fixed rate of money transfer to ensure earnings remain stable regardless of their currency.
How do I purchase and register ?
Due to high levels of fraud at this stage we are unable to accept credit card payments. Purchase is possible through the purchase of an E-Pin voucher valued at $90 by paying directly into our bank account. The order is then placed through a distributors back office by logging in to their E-Pin account where E-Pins will be dispatched. These bank details are available upon request via email and E-Pins dispatched within 48hrs. Individuals can choose to purchase a Pre-Paid E-Pin using their local currency via one of our designated payment agents. The payment methods accepted by our Agents vary, and their contact details are available upon request via the payments department on email.
Please ensure you use only designated agents to guarantee dispatch of E-PINS. These are dispatched via email within 48 hrs.
When do I receive my product ?
Due to the fact that no shipping is involved membership and all benefits are available once an account has been confirmed.
Do I pay any monthly fees to maintain my membership ?
No. It’s absolutely free to remain a member as you have lifetime access. There is also no annual fee that you will be required to pay.
What happens to positions in the system that are cancelled due to fraud or breaking of agreement between True Riches and the member ?
These positions will become the property of true Riches because of the costs associated with the cancellation of membership. To ensure no interference occurs in the rewards plan to the disadvantage of members these positions will not be removed from the system.
What do I receive when I complete a cycle in the rewards plan ?
Every time anybody completes a cycle $500 is due to them and will be paid as outlined below. Southern African countries will earn according to the fixed rate agreed upon trough the designated agencies.
How do I get paid ?
Members earn their rewards through the EPAY system where they can open online accounts and with draw all earning through via debit card that works internationally. Designated Agencies are able to assist members in this regard. Members need to provide their EPAY details on their profile in order for funds to be sent to the correct account.
EPAY transfers are $2.
Southern African countries may also use their local banking accounts to earn their rewards. These details will be entered on the login system through the MY PROFILE link and can be edited at a member’s discretion.
Wire transfers into local accounts are $50 internationally and $10 In Southern African Countries as of February 2010.
When will I be paid ?
True riches run their week From Wednesday until Tuesday. Any cycles completed in this time will be paid on the Friday via the chosen method of each member. Availability of funds will differ according to each banks clearing process.
If a problem is experienced with your payments regarding incorrect information, that payment will only be processed on the Friday of the week in which it was rectified by yourself.
How quickly will I cycle ?
This will depend on how active you are together with your team. There are no pre-determined time frames and therefore no penalties regardless of when you complete a cycle.
How many people do I have to sign up per month ?
There are no monthly requirements only a requirement of 2 referrals to be placed in the Ultimate Board. From there it is up to you how many referrals you sponsor depending on what your financial goals are.
The more individuals you sponsor you will have the potential to qualify for additional incentives as outlined in the rewards plan.
There is no maximum. You may sponsor an unlimited number of individuals.
Can I ask for a refund once I have purchased my membership ?
True Riches does not provide refunds hence it is very important that every member reads, understands and accepts terms of conditions before becoming involved with True Riches, its products and rewards plan.
