No. of boards in the plan =1. Name of the board is “Ultimate Board”. |

Board Structure is 1-2-4. Distributor will get entry in the board plan after completion of two confirmed directs. On Qualification or completion of the Ultimate Board, the member will get $300 plus 1 Re-entry in the Ultimate Board. |

Suppose ‘U’ has A, B and G as directs (directly sponsored members). |

U will get entry in the Ultimate Board. Similarly A and B will get entry in the Ultimate Board. |
| Board selection process will be as follows – |

New distributor will get entry in sponsor’s Board. (Sponsor can be present in the Ultimate Board with his own ID or his re-entry). In both the cases new distributor will follow the Sponsor’s Board. |

If no member from the sponsor’s down line is there in the Ultimate board then system will search for the actual up line of sponsor. |

If all three conditions get failed then distributor will get placed in the company’s last board. |

In above figure A will get qualify from the board and it will create two new boards. Two new boards will be as follows – |

| Board Shuffling and Splitting is as follows – |
|
|
First board will undergo shuffling process first and then will go for splitting process. |
|
Shuffling process will be based on no. of cells where as no. of cells refers to the no. of directs (or re-entries of directs) in the board. |
|
Distributor having maximum no. of cells will placed first so it may happen that the distributor at Top position (level3) will get shifted to level2 or level1. |
|
After splitting top id will get qualify from the board and will get re-entry. |
